Overnight oats are everyone's favourite healthy breakfast since they can be made ahead of time and stored for the entire week. They include a lot of fibre and are whole grain.
There are also so many various flavour combinations and topping possibilities that you could nearly eat a different type of overnight oats every day of the year!
50g Porridge Oats 2 tbsp Plant Yogurt ½ tbsp Peanut Butter 1 tbsp of Chia Seed 1 cup of Milk/Almond Milk Pinch of Cinnamon Pinch of Salt 50g mixed Frozen Berries Few Nut 1 tbsp Honey
Step 1. The night before you want to eat it, add 100ml of water to your oats, and stir in the cinnamon and salt. Stir in the peanut butter.
Step 2. In the Morning take the berries out of the freezer to defrost.
Step 3. When you’re ready to eat, loosen the mixture with a little more water (or you can use soya or almond milk).

You can store it for up to five days, in an airtight container. The best way to store overnight oats is in a glass container in the refrigerator.
