James Bond admirers may view all 25 movies on Amazon Prime Video starting on October 5.

As Daniel Craig – the BOND turns 60, October 4 was declared as World Bond Day celebration by UK-based Eon Productions, which makes the James Bond films.

British novelist Ian Fleming created a fictional character – James Bond in  1953. Bond has been portrayed as a British secret agent working for MI6 under the codename 007.

The Bond Character has been played in almost twenty-seven productions by actors Sean Connery, David Niven, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig.

The producers Harry Saltzman and Albert R. Broccoli bought the filming rights of Fleming’s books for the big screen. In 1961, With financial support from United Artists, they established Eon Productions and made the first James Bond movie, Dr. No, which was directed by Terence Young and starred Sean Connery.

All but two of the Bond films in the series were produced by Eon Productions, which now owns the adaptation rights to all of Fleming’s Bond books.

The Eon series currently has twenty-five films, with the most recent, No Time to Die, released in September 2021.
