Apple Pancake Recipe, An Easy-To-Prepare Breakfast

The most important meal of the day is breakfast. It is necessary, but how can we make it interesting and healthy at the same time? While breakfast may very well be necessary, it must also be quick to prepare and readily available.

Presenting here the Apple Pancake Recipe which is an easy-to-prepare breakfast, delicious, simple, and nutritious for a Flying Start in the Morning.

Ingredient 1 large apple, peeled, de-seeded, and finely grated, 150g plain flour, 225ml soya milk, 200g frozen berries, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp salt 20g sugar, little cooking oil

Step 1.  If you can grate the apple so finely that it almost looks like a paste then its great! Else, put the grated apple into a pan over a low heat and warm it up until it forms a smooth paste.

Step 2. Take a large bowl, Mix the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon, then add the apple paste. Stir it well.

Step 3 . Add the soya milk, slowly until you get a thick, smooth batter.

Step 4. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add half a cup of the batter mix making a little smooth round shape in the pan.

Step 5. Cook until the bubbles are on the surface of the pancake. Then turn it over, and cook until the bottom of the pancake has a golden brown nice color.

Step 6. This will make approx. 4 pancakes. When all the pancakes are cooked, pan-fry or microwave some frozen berries until they are defrosted and warmed through.

Step 7. Garnish the pancakes with these berries and you are done!
